Xcite expands further with new Business Development Manager
Xcite once again shows it commitment to grow their offering through the employment of a new Business Development Manager. Tom Ball has joined the company this week to alleviate the production team from the pressures of developing new and existing business, and enhance the growth of the rapidly expanding operation in Farnham.
Tom moves to Xcite with a solid background in marketing, design and website development from his role with a full service agency. His previous role saw him deliver on campaigns and project for a wide range of clients in sectors including charity, leisure, property, professional services and local government.
He brings with him the ability to assess new and existing clients needs, evaluate their business objectives and convert these into commercially appealing online solutions that work. Tom is a young, dynamic and sales focused with a drive to succeed. It is this ethic that will provide great insight for our clients and potential clients alike, and is exactly the reason why he has been brought in to join the dynamic team at Xcite.
